HERLEV HOSPITAL, DESIGN FOR HEALTH As a project at the Royal Danish Academy Copenhagen, a solution for organizing the staff of a cancer station was developed. During many visits and several workshops in cooperation with Herlev Hospital and Copenhagen Health Innovation, the concept Right here Right now was created, which is a solution for the visual representation of the team in a cancer department. The solution consists of three parts, an app in which the secretary enters the daily schedule, an iPad in which short-term changes can be made, and a screen in the waiting room to share the information with the cancer patients. Both hospital staff and patients were involved in the process. A solution was found that allows a pleasant workflow for the hospital staff, but also ensures safety and information for the patients.
